DAVID JAMES WEINBERGER has spent most of his life immersed in magic. Born and raised in NY. David has performed hundreds of shows within the

realm of close-up magic & stage. He has studied magic from the perspective of a student of magic & a student of magic history. Upon moving to sunny Los Angeles in 2003, David became impressed by the world of film, and slowly but gradually studied the industry mainly on-set of tons of productions whilst engaging in background work and small featured parts, which allowed for David to converse with many industry professionals and learn hands-on about directing and so much more.

David was the most frequently used magician at the famed Playboy mansion parties for over 3 years in the mid-2000s. His hands have been used in

to pitch the move " Smokin Aces ", and were an integral part of other projects such as Playstation's Scarface and The Muppets Film.

 

The years of exploring a new field and David's passion for magic and film, has now led him to launch WEINBERGER WORLD PICTURES, using his understanding of magic and visions and film in hopes to amaze on the big screen in a whole new light.

The mission of WEINBERGER WORLD PICTURES is to bring a sense of magic to the big screen and delve into stories that unfold a sense of wonder.

While the production company is new, it has already begun generating interest for the first project that is underway - " BOB ".

We are proud to have such a compelling story, as a launching pad, to produce into a film, which correlates with what we are all about.
